Forklift / Cherry Picker Operator

Pay- $18.00-$20.00/HOUR
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift / Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, moving, and organizing novelty merchandise such as costumes, party supplies, and seasonal items. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at heights, operating material handling equipment, and supporting fast-paced order fulfillment operations.
- Operate forklifts and cherry pickers to retrieve and store inventory in high racking systems
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on pick lists or RF scanners
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring products are handled safely
- Organize and maintain inventory, including restocking and cycle counting
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety issues
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as labeling, sorting, and cleaning
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets, especially during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid forklift/cherry picker certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ year of experience operating warehouse equipment (preferred)
- Comfortable working at heights (20–40+ feet)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
- Experience in a high-volume distribution center
- Familiarity with RF scanners
- Previous experience in retail, distribution, or novelty/seasonal product environments
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
- Frequent use of powered industrial trucks
- Fast-paced, especially during seasonal demand spikes
LOADERS / UNLOADERS

Loaders and unloaders are responsible for efficiently moving goods in and out of trucks, containers, or storage areas. They handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring items are transported safely and without damage. This role often involves lifting heavy objects, organizing shipments, and following safety procedures in warehouses, distribution centers, or shipping yards.
Key duties include checking inventory, securing loads, operating basic equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts, if trained), and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Loaders and unloaders must work well in a team, follow instructions, and meet productivity deadlines in fast-paced settings.
Workers must accurately sort, label, and move products to designated storage or distribution areas, often using equipment like pallet jacks or hand trucks. Attention to detail is important to verify shipment contents and maintain inventory accuracy. KIT ASSEMBLY

The Kit Assembly Associate is responsible for accurately assembling, packaging, and preparing novelty kits for distribution. This role involves working with a variety of small components and materials to create finished products that meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
Key responsibilities include organizing kit components, following detailed assembly instructions, ensuring correct quantities and product presentation, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
