Job Title: Production Supervisor (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Pawtucket, RI

Position Overview

Seeking a hands-on, team-oriented Production Supervisor for a temp-to-perm opportunity.  This role oversees daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery goals are met.  The candidate will lead a team of 5–10 assembly operators, fostering a positive, efficient, and safety-conscious work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations for the assembly and production team to meet quality and schedule targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company production standards at all times.
• Monitor and support the shipping schedule, ensuring on-time completion of customer orders.
• Assist with hands-on tasks, including loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as needed.
• Train, motivate, and coach team members to achieve performance and quality goals.
• Partner with leadership and other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate progress or issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a production, assembly, or warehouse environment preferred.
• Production or manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, bi-lingual.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with physical tasks when needed.

Position Type

• Full-time, temp-to-perm
• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as production requires.
